The stress you're feeling is the point.

The worry is the point.

The instability is the point.

They use our fear to manipulate us, control us, and force us to put all their attention on them.

It works because decent people - who tend to care about things like humanity, their communities, basic rights, stability, etc. - have a lot to lose.

We don't need to let their fear control us.

And we do not need to participate in it.

Refuse to participate.
