#Art really can solve social problems. The #humanities really can solve social problems. With restrictions on education, it is almost impossible to allow those miracles to happen. Because that is what #education is, a miracle.

If they have to write a misleading headline as though it is the hook of the article, but what it really does is drain all the context out, they probably didn't write a very good article to begin with.
