| he, him |
| he, him |
I am still not watching games from that world championship led by an, in my opinion, corrupt organisation that invented a peace prize to please an authoritarian President while squeezing money out of fans without any shame or fear of consequences.
People are joking that #starmer barely outlasted the string of equally useless people who had the job before him, and that he will leave no legacy whatsoever.
But I think that's really selling short his many accomplishments: enabling transphobia, prosecuting genocide protesters, sucking up to Trump, and generally being the most pathetic enabler of rightwing policies ever elected on a leftwing mandate.
Here’s just one of the unprecedented measures the Liberals pushed through at the end of this session:
Cabinet ministers will now be allowed to authorize the use of banned pesticides in the name of “national economic security.”
Even if they’ve been deemed unsafe for human health.
Debate was shut down, and scientists, public health and environmental experts were not allowed to testify before the bill was passed.
Another gift to powerful corporations at the expense of Canadians.
Legislation by lobbyists.
