What's also old news, but falsely presented as its opposite, is gas/fracking has multiplied in its place, and petrochemicals are more globally distributed than past history. More local utilities are implementing penalties for rooftop solar than the initial introduction of the tech - fully within the #greenwashing plan they expertly employ.
