Expect the incentive to be too big for the 1% to ignore: conferring legal personhood to AI by proxy, as an extension of corporate personhood, will seem imperative.
This lets humans who were, and are, in the loop about dangerous or deadly actions taken by an AI—agentic or otherwise—to remain without legal or financial culpability for those crimes.
Unlikely our Supreme Court will have the bandwidth to see the downstream implications, and this will make "Citizen’s United" seem insignificant.
As far as I can determine, there is no positive or negative correlation to any desired outcomes from witnessing DJT's verbal expressions in any audio-visual format from an information gathering perspective.
