@siracusa re your overtime conversation about recognizing objects — I’m not sure how new this is, but this morning I received a text while I had AirPods in, and Siri said something like “Bob just sent a text that said ‘Hi Ken’, and Bob sent a picture that shows three people standing by a stone wall with a bicycle and the ocean in the background”
@caseyliss I just listened to an older ATP where you talked about your Synology migration. Having just done one myself, I assume you eventually discovered that the migration assistant itself has a final “catch-up” phase, during which, I believe, it locks out the donor unit. So no final rsync or re-run ought to be necessary.

For over a decade it was “The Wire.”

For a couple years now, it’s been “The Leftovers.”

But, as of tonight, my all-time favorite TV show is “Station Eleven.”

Thank you for respecting my journey.

Santiago Borja is an airline pilot who takes stunning photos of storms and clouds from the flight deck of his 767. Definitely offers up a different perspective than the typical storm chaser photography. https://kottke.org/23/09/the-storm-pilot

Somebody said most of the best tv shows are about grief, and “Station Eleven” sure does nail that.
The problem is you order them once and then you get another order every hour.
