So proud of my child who already built his first custom "Moletron". πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‚

When I saw this, my mind immediately went to a Kinesis Advantage but then there was the dad joke about the molehill I could't miss out on and the Maltron is still close enough. πŸ˜†

Experimented with the keymap for my Skeletyl by #bastardkb.

Switched to home row mods and took the idea of a layer with num-row on the home row and corresponding symbols above from one of the panelists of @ClickClackHack Late Night episodes (sorry forgot who it was... @ink or @opendev maybe?).

So far, I'm really happy with my Comfy36 keymap but feedback, suggestions or hints as to how to get Umlaute in QMK configurator would be great!

Newest board 🀩 :
TMOv2 R2 eggplant with aluminum plate and Kinetic Labs Gecko switches (silent linear) and Matt3o's GMK MTNU White on Black keycaps.

I just received my TMOv2 R2 by Funderburker from iLumkb since they still had some extras. Mine is marked as A- stock but so far I have not found any imperfections.

This board is so beautiful in the eggplant colorway with the black plate and brass weight.

My phone camera and non-existing lighting setup can't do it justice but I have seen a lot of images that depict it as way too dark.

Looking forward to building and using it! 😍

Finally, my D60 is usable again. 🀩 πŸ₯³
I found some time to fix an issue I mostly caused myself by spray painting the aluminum case. For quite a while, the two keys on both sides of the space bar sometimes twisted a bit, interfered with the front of the case and caused a bad scratching noise.
I sanded down the paint on the inside of the case a bit and chose some switches with much less stem wobble for those two keys. No more interference and I'm super happy. #mechanicalkeyboard

I spent the Saturday morning configuring my new Totem #mechanicalkeyboard by Geist with a Miryoku-like layout in Vial.

Had some issues with the tapping term in the home row mods but after setting it to 300ms and activating 'Ignore Mod Tap Interrupt' it works without doing strange things all the time while typing.

It will take me a while to adjust to the splay, the aggressive pinky stagger and the new layout. But this is a beautiful board and that definitely helps with motivation 🀩 .

After my morning routine of getting used to #colemak (Mod-DH), I thought I'd just stay on the this #mechanicalkeyboard for getting in my daily share of learning #clojure.

I can't say, it was terribly productive. πŸ˜…

But at the same time, I think I made really good progress with the new keyboard layout and after a few adjustments to the special character placement (like using layer1+shift+` for ") I picked up some speed.

Also, finally arity overloading syntax in Clojure clicked for me.

This feels like blindly guessing the exact result of:

`Number((Math.random() * 10).toFixed(3))`

When the only info you got is "Ok, it is not 4.xxx and the number is also not in the range between 6.84 and 7.5 or 9.3 and 10"

I know this is not how probability woks, but it was a surreal moment playing Wordle for the second day in a row after month while winding down on the sofa and listening to David Nolen speaking about the next five years of Clojure Script.
