If there's one upside to a body refusing to digest anything other than hyper-fresh meat and a small selection of veggies, it's definitely seared beef heart, bleu/saignant, with crispy oven-roasted tubers and a bit of sea salt.

With all the MCAS-related food intolerance bullshit, I've definitely come to appreciate l simple and minimalistic meals. Even if they're of the sort that make other people queasy. My choices are limited, so I try to make my peace with it.
