@tomtom @Free_Press Marc 15th is a Hungarian national holiday, and the protests was against the current prime minister’s, Viktor Orbán’s regime. He and his party, which is called Fidesz rules the country since 2010 with more or less unlimited power, with political tools used by Putyin, Trump and other semi authoritarian leaders. Until this point the population was so fragmented that the majoritywas ether apolitical or frightened, but since last year’s February there is a big shift in the general political climate. At that time they pardoned a convicted child abuser despite their family first agenda. After that and a lot of other stuff a new political party created (its called Tisza) and since then, they are growing despite all of the effort from Fidesz against them. The picture is taken on Tisza’s gathering/protest.
