Quick day-0 workarounds:

- Premium subscribers: You can turn off the now-playing ad banners in settings, Overcast Premium, Banner Ads for Podcasts (sorry, that should've migrated the old preference)

- Not seeing your data or not syncing? Try force-quit and relaunch, or settings, Sync Profile, Refresh All Data

@marcoarment - #overcast on upgrade reset my ad preference for banners during ads. Really hope this is a bug and not a dark pattern.

"I become a better person as I become more curious about those around me, as I become more skilled in seeing from their point of view. As I learn to perceive you with a patient and loving regard, I will tend to treat you well. Why Americans Are So Awful to One Another

In a culture devoid of moral education, generations are growing up in a morally inarticulate, self-referential world.
