Well so today I had to explain to my normal coworkers why we cheered as Cali asked “who is a deadbeat here?” 😆 (fan name for Calliope fans)
It might be the most positive encouraging ending Fujimoto ever wrote tbh. Look back coming in second I guess, even tho sad at the same time.
Long story short, imho it’s very thought through. And was the only way it was ever going to end, there was no happy ending from where it was at for a long time.
Im fighting my urge do writeup chainsaw man ending analysis as proper dedicated psycho fan, but the discourse online is so bad that I’ll let it go 😂 reading comprehension in the fandom is pretty low…
