I'm looking for advice from the many knowledgeable people on the Fediverse...

I use a Fitbit for tracking sleep and heart rate due to various medical conditions. I despise the fact that it's closed source, and even more that they are now owned by Google.

My limited search skills have failed where it comes to finding an open source alternative, so I would appreciate any recommendations. If it makes any difference, I run Debian and /e/OS on my devices.
