Professor of Proteomics at Newcastle University, UK.
our lab has 3 main topics:
1. innate immunity and phagosome biology. Using proteomics, biochemistry and cell biology to understand signalling and the role of ubiquitylation on the phagosome.
2. mass spectrometry approaches for drug discovery. high-throughput MS assay development as well as target deconvolution by TPP.
3. collaborations over many areas, including microbiology, neurobiology, Parkinson's, Liver disease
