We're getting our one dusting for the year! Hooray!

So happy I was able to pre-order an Analogue 3D, the order process seemed better compared to my experiences with ordering the Pocket. Didn't get a controller as I have a couple of NSO N64 controllers for hand cramp nostalgia! Time to dig out the N64 carts!
Here's my year in review on the Nintendo Switch. At first I thought I hadn't played much of my Switch this year, but then I realised I'd played nine hours shy of 5 days total. Whoa!
Tears of the Kingdom took up most of my play time, but Super Mario Bros. Wonder was my favourite!
#FZero99 is without a doubt one of the most chaotic games I have ever played and I love it!
I haven't won any races yet, so far my highest result has been 24th since I turn into a damage magnet if I boost too much!
For now, I like to keep my nose clean. It means I see the end of more races that way! 😀
I'm glad to see Nintendo bring this franchise back after so long, I hope it leads to more games in the future, even if it's just a GX remake!
In #Starfield, I wish my companion wouldn't shame me for picking up random junk while we're in danger.
IT MIGHT BE USEFUL IN FUTURE!
[1/3] I've been playing a lot of #DOOM (1993) on my #SteamDeck lately, which has had me reminiscing about my early days with the game. Aside from an incident where some friends installed Doom Shareware and Doom 2 on the school PCs in the mid-90s, which led to a network-wide virus outbreak (oops!), my main experience of the game was on the #SNES.
I never owned it myself, but borrowed it from a friend for a long time and played it every second I could, homework allowing.
We've got a power outage for the rest of the night, never before now has my hotspot name been more fitting.
I like using weird hotspot names because it confuses people at work, especially when the font doesn't render properly!
I played the #Pikmin4 demo this evening, it's a pretty hefty one! Despite sparklium limitations, I was able to play for just over two hours without restarting, granted I like to take my time.
My thoughts are mostly positive, Oatchi is a great addition and I'm a big fan of the accessibility changes I.e., enemy/item auto-lock-on, moving bases as you explore deeper into the level etc. Being Pikmin-limited at the start was better than I thought it would be.
Having a chill Saturday getting myself re-acquainted with #Pikmin.
I still need to get used to rounding up *all* of my Pikmin. I returned from a mini-expedition where I lost a lot of Pikmin to find that a few red Pikmin had broken away from the main group to feast on some nectar. Honestly! You just can't get the staff! 😆
