Imagine this in Australian cities!? I can, but not in the current reality where car-centric brainworms dominate.
Imagine the innermost few km of Sydney or Melbourne where the only vehicles on the road were public transport, taxis, delivery vehicles, and commercial and trades. Repeat this around every major suburban hub.

Simon WolfUsually I’d now go off on a rant about physical media, digital lock-in, etc. but really this is just an example of terrible customer service. If Apple don’t have an escalation process which is easily accessible (not relying on social media noise or internal connections) and the ability to unlock accounts then they don’t deserve to be in business, let alone have the brand loyalty they still attract. Smaller businesses would fold if they treated their customers like this.
