If you have not read Isabel Wilkerson's CASTE, I cannot urge you enough to do so.

I also urge you to see ORIGIN, Ava DuVernay's "artistic interpretation" of CASTE.

It is unquestionably the most important film of 2023, if not one of the most important movies ever made.

DuVernay and Paul Garnes raised the money for 'Origin' on their own. There will be little promo; no commercials, etc. Word of mouth is what will help more.

I wish my "reach" was wider. This film is a *must*!

If you have interest in Barbra Streisand's memoir, treat yourself to the audiobook.

I'm accustomed to authors matching what's printed in the actual book word for word - but she's so natural, she *can't!*

Hearing her read in her cadence is different than what is in the print edition. They may not seem like *huge* differences, but there is extra info and context. She sounds off the cuff" even though she's reading her manuscript!!
