of course it's Toyota, as we've studied about how the lean system was created by the larges automotive company of the contemporary
Definitely LEGO
Middle and late 2000's was the golden age when they introduced their new, creative lego sets (lego bionicles were the game changers 🙏) and let some collaborations like Star Wars.
But now the company does not create own "products", only collaborates with significant brands (starting from videogames like Fortnite to making lego film with Pharell Williams). Due to that, they are efficient and notable, but lost all charisma like in the previous years...
@eric_yh_tsui the loan application processes in Russia are as easy as in this add - that's great! Like in T-Bank, the digital bank with no offices, but it operates solely on electronic system, phone application, online consultants, and courriers.
@Mikhail02 sure, but the amount of loan is defined by coefficients and data that is calculated in banks - this information is hidden. When this process is done, now you can negotiate with your bank customer manager and can have in-pesron approach.
@eric_yh_tsui obviously, it is the second type of manager, where everething works right and properly in due. Though I am still concerned on how to solve the "disaster" and mismanaged done by the first manager. What would be the crisis-solving instruments for the first case?
My suggestion is that she can find the assistance and mentee support from the "successful" manager/boss in order to settle the broken process, so she will know what to do next. Mikhail has provided also insights.
