Since our BPM group project topic focuses on a (physical) bank branch offering a range of services I want to share the list of BPM Banking and Finance Software Solutions. Its portfolio of solutions encompasses features related to case management, robotic process automation, UX design, low-code development, chatbots, DevOps, real-time intelligence, and lifecycle management.
Technologies make the world go round! This brilliant article is devoted to the history of BPM. Thesis that "BPM sits at the intersection of computer science, information systems engineering, management science, and industrial engineering" makes this discipline very applied and diverse. This one is about the process mapping. We have to identify the inefficiencies and waste to take steps in order to improve the process. Mapping all the steps on the process, identifying the job function that completes each step, in turn, allows us to recognise the areas to improvement.
