Masto Friends, I’m looking to read 12 books I might not have read suggested by other people again in 2023, a book a month. I did this last year and it was really good. I’ve got 6 recs from bird site, can I get 6 from mastodon?
Only stipulation is it needs to be a book on Audible U.K., #ADHD and #Exophoria mean I struggle to read books at a reasonable speed.

So I think I just had my first proper #migraine. Been coming on for five days, and then I got the worst headache I’ve ever had on one side of my head. Worse with movement, light sensitive, weird tingling in my face. Thankfully the full-on migraine part has eased off within a few hours, but that’s a first for me and it was grim.
So, I just lay in a dark room and took some ibuprofen lysine, but if anyone has any advice on weathering them, I’d very much appreciate it.
