As conservatives realize that throwing abortion to the democratic process means losing elections, the Supreme Court will tack to a “Right to Life” position that withdraws abortion from the democratic process and prohibits abortion as a matter of constitutional interpretation.

As @Dahlialith noted yesterday, the Federalist Society is becoming overtly anti-journalist. Its board of directors has now voted that one of it’s cofounders should ask journalists who interview him not to identify him as a co-founder nor as co-chair of the board.
