We are in the midst of the sweetest Orange season here on Madeira Island (Portugal). Having picked up a few of those very sweet, character rich oranges from the local farmer’s market and having a “Genuine” Coconut at home, I thought I’d make use of my overflowing sourdough discard and do an Orange version of this “Sourdough Lemon Coconut Cake” recipe.
