Tonight's dinner is leftovers from two nights ago, stuff I made for my mom. The kale-lentil salad that's in my packed lunch rotation, and a vegan soup my mom likes that I made non-vegan for a special occasion (I also didn't do the step that makes the soup thick/glossy because I was feeling lazy). First night we had it with a red bell pepper focaccia my mom made and some of the red wine that went into the soup; tonight we had camembert on crackers and a marionberry cider.

Folks.... I have decided to step down as Kith kitchen admin. I've realised I don't have the time any more to give the site the attention it needs, and I don't have the energy to assemble an effective admin/mod team.
I'm willing to hand to hand over the running of the site to one or more existing users, but if nobody wants to replace me as admin by the end of february, I will be shutting the site down before the end of the year.
