Strange question for this crowd but I also trust the people here to have good taste:
I'm moving house and due to being sorely overworked will need to pack my kitchen up a week before I actually move. Are there any meal-delivery plans that won't drive me insane for one week? Looking for something I put in the microwave.
soup last night, all ingredients from Pike Place Market.
1. roast garlic onions carrots
2. cook down bacon and leek. add tomato then roasting pan then mushrooms. add sazón if you know what's good for you
3. boil simmer
4. kale
12" cast iron
enameled dutch oven
pot with steamer basket and lid
little pot for brewing tea
rice cooker
colander
big metal mixing bowl
deeper baking sheet
shallower baking sheet
favorite silicone spatula
second favorite silicone spatula
cutting board
Chinese cleaver (only knife I really use)
this all feels like so much but I can't imagine a week in my kitchen without every piece.
