Don't underestimate the power of socioemotional damage against fascists—especially low-level ones.
Show your contempt for their choices/actions/affiliations early, loudly, and often.
Meme their mistakes.
Make fun of their symbols, uniforms, and tactics.
Make them look like the fucking bigot-clowns they are.
These guys (and a few gals) thrive on their cowboy Gravy Seal paramilitary cosplay identities. They want people to think they're tough and scary, but they're just fucking irrelevant cowards who peaked in highschool (if that) trying to exert control over others with their limp-dick energy because their mom didn't hug them enough and their dad was too busy drunk-texting Tucker Carlson's Only Fans line to play catch with them.
Several of my friends here asked me if I’m in a safe place, but I struggle to explain the geography of Gaza and people from overseas struggle to understand it. So I’m writing a thread. 🧶⬇️⬇️⬇️

My sister is obsessed with Kevin Costner. Has been basically her entire life. Well, she recently engineered a meeting with him (it should be said that she does not travel in his circles, so it took some doing) and asked him out on a date, to which he replied that she was much too young for him, which is true. I suspect this was Kevin's way of attempting to pay her a compliment while rejecting her advances, but she didn't care for it at all. My sister is into older men and for some reason doesn't think that Kevin Costner telling her she looks too young to be dating Kevin Costner is a compliment.
All I can say about this is that I was amazed that she had the cojones to ask Kevin Fucking Costner out, but also that I'm deeply grateful that he wasn't creepy and into my sister hitting on him, because then eventually I would have wound up having to make small talk with Kevin Costner at the wedding or something, and what am I going to say? "Hey Kev, big fan of Waterworld, but you really should have thought twice about The Postman?"
This is the unvarnished truth. I was within spitting distance of being Kevin Costner's brother-in-law. I can't even.
There’s an uptick of invoking WW2 soldiers as Antifa. I’m all for berating and fighting fascism.
I feel I should point out that although my dad fought German and Italian fascists and blew some up, he was racist, and brought me up to believe that people like Margaret Thatcher and Norman Tebbit were the shit.
And that a not inconsiderable part of American society was deeply deeply antisemitic right up to the point where it suddenly decided that killing Jewish people was not what they meant
