Painted up some necron test models in the standard GW style.
I actually think I perfer these to the others I've painted, I guess sometimes the default option just works.
Bit of a wargaming hobby question here. I have an FDM 3d printer and I'm looking for some STL files for some greebles that I can glue onto flat pieces of terrain for a bit of visual interest.
Does anyone have any recommendations? I can see some decent looking things from a quick search on Cults3d and MyMiniFactory but you can never tell the quality until you try to actually print them
Slow progress is better than no progress.
One more Pink Horror coming closer to completion.
Teeth, eyes and tongues are all done. Now doing metallics, standards and horns.

a madness has overtaken me and I have been kitbashing out a new ORKANID WRECKA KREW for kill team. that's right friends: orks who hunted down tyranids, cut them up, and stapled them to their bodies. it's fully legal and James Workshop can't stop me
The painting is done, I guess ! As for the basing, I think I'll use some ammonite casts…
