The significant progress through UK Parliament of assisted dying law seems to have prompted joy for some. Solidarity with disabled people and others struggling to access basic health resources, or those unable to access hospice care in their area, not so much. There might be a place for assisted dying in a very small number of difficult situations, but only where there is properly adequate health care and support. They might want to reflect on that later.

Might there be a transition niche in our low carbon future for this kind of conversion? Town dwellers should not need one, but maybe some rural communities might benefit. Good to see an alternative to the overweight SUV which happens to be an EV.
