It's rarely a tech problem | Empowering software people to lead themselves & others | CTO 13|37 | #agile #leadership #softwaredevelopment #startup
it's poetic that this sequoia VC who has never experienced the pain of childbirth uses this analogy when talking about the collapse of a company that is also not likely to hurt him personally

If you happen to be in #Malmö next week and are curious about how to build #innovation into your #digital organization drop by Studio Malmö on Wednesday 23/11 11:30 - 13:00 for my talk, lunch and some networking.

I’ll talk about how best product ideas don't come from innovation departments. They come from people working on the front lines with the #customer. The best #products are customer inspired; technology-enabled.

Talk will be in Swedish 🇸🇪 this time.

Have you ever considered leading?

Many people in technical roles never thought about leading until it happened to them - either because of calling or necessity. It's not always your choice.

I will share my experience and what I wish someone had told me on my leadership journey at #oredev

Join me Wednesday 9th at 11:30. Room: Somewhere.

When argumentering for the status quo we have the luxury of knowing exactly what we have. Our arguments become concrete and we navigate on the side of certainty.

Arguments for change are built on hope - which is very close to fear. Arguing for change we bet that what could be is better than what is. We dance with uncertainty.

That’s scary to a lot of people.
