I wrote a thing. I published in on my homepage but also on LinkedIn because that’s what people do, I guess.
It’s about the high ratio of people with decade and multi-decade tenures at the company I helped build.
Everything about it is earnest except my use of the hashtag #hiring to represent how to hire people even though I know it’s followed mostly by people on the other side of that coin. That’s maybe slightly uncool.
