@hotdogsladies Yay! Thank you for sharing these. I admit, my listens of RotL are frequently interrupted by “oh now I have to go listen to <musician> before I forget!” Most recently was John’s mention of Sunset Valley’s Icepond. Great album!

@hotdogsladies Some real Howl’s Moving Castle vibes with this model. Love it!
@overcastfm Started happening to me this weekend for the first time. I toggled “stop after each episode” on, closed settings, reopened settings and toggled it back off. It seems to be working again now?
@girlitech I signed out of messages on the MBA and deleted everything in ~/Library/Messages. Messages are all still present on other Macs and my phone. I was going to log back in on this device, but only after setting this, assuming it applies only for this device

Can anyone tell me, this setting in iCloud Messages for "delete messages older than 30 days" (or whatever) only applies to *this device* (i.e. my MacBook Air) and does not delete messages in iCloud? I don't want 170,000+ messages and attachments on this device, but I don't want to delete them from my Messages history.

#iOS #Apple #iCloud

Not to mention now I’m terrified that the messages I deleted on the Mac are going to start disappearing from other devices 😰
