I want to travel using the Norwegian rail company Vy from Bergen, Norway to Malmo, Sweden. They operate lines between all the relevant stations.

However, since they have structured themselves as a Norwegian Vy and a Swedish Vy It's impossible to get a through ticket. I can't even look up their connections, I have to switch countries in the app!

The Norwegian app will not let me buy tickets to Sweden, and the Swedish app does not acknowledge Bergen.

What a fun puzzle.

I'm only a man! You drop an all-expenses paid train weekend in my lap I'm going to have a hard of turning it down!

This month I'm travelling by night train from Sweden to Germany twice! I have a weekend trip to Berlin March 19th, and then I'm going on an Easter holiday March 27th. (Yes, the week after).

I can't wait for some proper train trips.

I've added all my planned train journeys to #Viaduct for the year. If I don't dany more trains after June 7th, 2026 will still be the year I've travelled the furthest distance by rail.
