France 🇫🇷fined Apple $27M for deliberately slowing older iPhones and made planned obsolescence a criminal offence. Manufacturers now face prison, heavy fines, or up to 5% of revenue. 😍
They also introduced a mandatory Repairability Index (1–10) for all devices, and a Repair Fund to make fixing cheaper than replacing.

Sustainable UX isn't "boring UI." It’s about:
* Data Minimization (Stop hoarding info).
* Fewer Steps (Kill the friction).
* Zero "Slop" (No manipulative loops or junk notifications).
Next time you ship, ask: "If every product did this, would the world feel calmer or more drained?" Keep it light, keep it fast, keep it human. 🌿

AI isn’t a tool, it’s the backbone of design now.

But:
1️⃣ Users want a “why?” button. Transparency isn’t optional, it’s the UX.
2️⃣ We’re not just designers; we’re creative directors for robots.
3️⃣ “AI slop” is real. Same prompts = same boring outputs. Stand out or fade away.

The fix?
✔️ Let users override AI.
✔️ Use AI for heavy lifting, but own the story.
✔️ Generate ideas, but let humans decide, especially for accessibility.

2026: AI First, Human Always
