Spring 1973 von
Manzoro | HOFA Songcheck
This music was composed for a documentary (still in progress) remembering the 50th anniversary of the coup in Chile. It has four main sections; horror, sadness, a new hope and a commemoration of the victims. The helicopter was added as part of the music as a reminder of the bodies thrown into the sea.
Samplers of Mapuche instruments were used as well as typical rhythms of local religious festivities. In the final motif I used a music box with the theme Spring by Vivaldi with a series of sound processes. This is because these events began during the spring of 1973.

@falktx Nice, trying to get there soon.
@x42..but unfortunately the package that comes with fedora jam is not right (I already reported it in bugzilla, but nothing happens) and since I work professionally the need led me to test mixbus32C. I was absolutely blown away, remixed a jazz trio there and liked the sound right away, small tweaks to the compression and eq of the channels had my mix on fire. At the beginning the GUI puts the eyes to work, a big screen is necessary, but I could quibble only details, it is fully recommended.
@x42 Well apparently fedora jam is not as well configured (or at least not as ubuntu-studio or AVlinux) for audio but I managed to install the mixbus 32C demo. Many things to say, first Ardour is a fantastic software, I started using Protools, then I was a Cubase user for more than 10 years, so I say this with experience...
#fedorajam37 #fedora #mixbus32c #ardour Does anyone know if the Harrsion 32C installer works fine on Fedora Jam 37?
