I’m a #frontend lead in the #nonprofit / #publicservice arena. Academically, I’ve got a BA in #politicalscience and an MA in #community and #economic #development .

Professionally, I’m into: #html #css #scss #javascript #accessibility #wcag #508 and modernizing #legacyweb apps with tools like #11ty . I’m also a #jira nerd and aces for any questions related to #microsoftoffice and #pdf accessibility. I try not to just make sites meet the bare minimum requirements for accessibility, but to create sites that are easy, enriching, and enjoyable for all users.

Personally, I’m pretty into #parenting (I’ve got an almost 11mo, my parenting is somewhat crunchy… I exist in the space where vegetables meet vaccines) #cats #music (lately #punk ) #outdoors #interiordesign #landscapedesign

I asked my spouse if they were joining #mastodon and they said, “No, because I’m a person that still has sex and that is an app for #linuxnerds.”

So, I asked, “Well, I joined it today… so what does that make me?”

Their reply? “I remember the first time I ever went to your apartment, you showed me your Ubuntu system.”
