Watching the royals talk about launching a homelessness initiative has filled me with an uncontrollable seething rage. I'm going to try and brush it off, but they own all of the land. They steal probate land when it's 'unwilled'. Their net worth is over twenty BILLION pounds. If they wanted to, they could just wave a wand and end homelessness and suffering. It wouldn't even impact them. They'd be heroes. They'd gain the support of huge swathes of the country they've lost through all of the unnecessary pomp and golden pageantry. They'd be of the people rather than above the people. Hell - even I'D be impressed. Instead - nah fuck it. We'll give some speeches and launch another charity. Like if one of my children was starving and instead of giving them food I lectured them about how they could make better choices. Fuckn royals.

Wooooooosaaaaaaaah.

We know he's pitching for voters, and this is likely just a touch of semantics, but to even appear in the Torygraph praising Thatcher in and of itself is an utter betrayal of the working class and all #Labour stands for.

As #Tories (again) play around with the idea of withdrawing from the #ECHR, Liberty helpfully sums up why such a move would be deeply damaging to our political lives:

'The European Convention on Human Rights is one of the great humanitarian achievements, helping to keep everyone in the UK safe and free'.

You can see their five key reasons for valuing the ECHR via the link below & if you're not supporting their work, you might want to consider starting...
