Vegan cat parents; do you feed them a vegan diet or meat/fish based diet?

I adopted 3 felines before going vegan. As obligate carnivores, I've continued feeding them a meat based diet as I felt it wrong to impose my morals on them (it wouldn't be natural for them to be vegan in the wild). But I hate the thought of the cruelty and suffering this inflicts.

If you do feed them a vegan diet, any hints/tips on how you transitioned them to a vegan diet would be appreciated.

Hi, time for a long overdue #Introduction. I've been lurking since November last year, but since moving to @veganism.social I feel like I've finally found somewhere where I belong.

I've been #Vegan for 2 years now, mainly motivated #VeganForTheAnimals. Only regret is that it took me over 50 years to come to the realisation that this is the right way to live.

What else .... Brit living in Germany, husband to my amazing wife and father to 3 gorgeous #Cats, I work in #IT to pay the the bills, play #GPRO to relax and provide an outlet for my #Geek side, and I'm trying to get back into #Running after a few years off.

Personal goals are to improve my #German (please feel free to correct my German), and to run a #Marathon in 2024.
