Watching The Return (2024), a myth-free, psychological drama based on parts of The Odyssey.

Tonally, Liam Neeson's Odysseus reminds me of Russell Crowe's Noah—both characters are duty-bound and deeply haunted.

@creativecommons why are preference signals being discussed at all? do creative commons licenses express "preference signals" or hard requirements? what's the purpose at all of a "signal" that's not enforceable? surely people who don't want to enforce things can choose to use a license that doesn't enforce things. furthermore, why should a separate license be necessary over the existing CC licenses? NC, SA, all seem to apply directly to statistical machines. why does CC need to dilute its protections?
