Completely missed this, came out in 2022, originally recorded in 1977 and never released or maybe only in Brazil. Joyce Moreno aka Joyce is one of my favorite 🇧🇷 singers. I only previously was aware of one track from this album, “feminina,” a funky 11min flute workout that was on a compilation called “A Trip to Brazil.” Arranged by Claus Ogerman, who worked with Jobim and Frank Sinatra, the whole album is really beautiful, I can’t believe it exists. https://joycemoreno.bandcamp.com/album/natureza-produced-arranged-conducted-by-claus-ogerman https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f-15XzOQQ2w

I really don't think there are other bare bones options similar to tinyletter. I like Ghost but it is not what you want and it's v expensive. There's probably a roll-your-own alternative, somewhere, somehow. I just haven't figured it out yet! Have you looked at Odoo (I haven't), but it's open source & free. https://www.odoo.com/app/email-marketing

@mrcompletely thanks for reading! I may have included Shabaka here if I had seen any of the various shows he performed, but this year seemed to turn a page. I didn’t mention Floating Points which is 🇬🇧 and another forerunner I’d say.
