Hundreds of mental health professionals have left the Department of Veterans Affairs since President Donald Trump took office, leaving staff “at a breaking point” and some veterans waiting as long as six months for help.

Does someone know if there are #OpenSource - maybe self hosted or #fediverse based - alternatives for #Pinterest? It is something I use as a photographer (yes I do other stuff next to trains 😄) for inspiration or sharing ideas, but the service is becoming rather trashy.
The moderation system sees sometimes perfectly normal pictures of clothed persons as “sexual content” and there is an increase in AI-slop.
