Yes, you're rightđ phages (and other viruses) are not actively mobile. They "behave" more like particles in a liquid. The "leg"-like fibres have receptor binding sites recognizing proteins on the bacterial surface. That's where they attach to the cell.

Bin schon lange nicht mehr so tief in der Thematik, dass ich GrĂŒnde fĂŒr und wider sicher referenzieren könnte - kann aber berichten, wie ich persönlich letztes Jahr vorgegangen bin:
Infektion Mitte September 2022, Impfung (Nr.5) 5-6 Wochen spÀter. Bisher keine Nachteile.
6. Impfung (xbb) kĂŒrzlich, also etwa 1 Jahr spĂ€ter, bekommen (Danke nochmal! 
)
