this graph is interesting - it's the buildup of heat in the ocean in zettajoules.
what is a zetajoule (ZJ)?
- Human annual world energy consumption is only half a ZJ
- The energy to warm the Earth's atmosphere by 1°C is approximately 2.2 ZJ.
Since the 80's the ocean has absorbed around 220 zettajoules - enough to heat the atmosphere by 100°C if it wasn't otherwise absorbed by the ocean

I agree that countries should look out for each other to achieve and preserve democracy
