Brad 🇺🇸 🇺🇦@socrates1024 I don't believe so. The individual operators don't work together updating code or defining rules or processes. It's more of a friendly free-fo-all.
phil@socrates1024 the software is governed by a German non profit, the standard set it uses (ActivityPub) is a W3C governed web standard. The software itself is open source so has many contributors. There are also forks (glitch-soc, HomeTown).
