@kara I'm a designer. The only thing I'm NOT anxious about is whether i have a few extra notebooks lying around.

I used to get really anxious waiting for any kind of medical test result until @prestemon pointed out that the test was simply a reflection of something that had already happened and the only difference was that now I knew about it.
Anyway, I have now solved this by being anxious all the time.
