Happy one year #travelersnotebook anniversary to me! Here’s to 21 inserts and counting!! I did celebrate a few days early, as I was in Portland and went to the partner store, Oblation Papers… stocked up on a bunch of new inserts. My life has been so enriched by starting this journey a year ago today! And special thanks to my #fountainpens for making it all happen 😉

I’m sure a lot of us #fountainpens users have OPINIONS about ballpoints. I certainly do! But as someone who is also a cursive writer, I found this article in the Atlantic fascinating. Has anyone experimented with Onion Skin paper for #fountainpens? I had a few sheets of 8.5x11” some time ago and really liked it. Tempted to get it as a #travelersnotbook insert. Any thoughts?

So I have a question for you… Would you rather have an infinite number of #fountainpens but only one #ink OR an infinite number of inks but only one #fountainpen?? For me, it’d be infinite pens with Diamine Onyx Black. Either way, lmk what your one item would be!

Appreciation post for my #travelersnotebook charm! It was a gift from a friend who works at a #stationery store here in Los Angeles. He recently returned from Japan where he went to the TN factory! This is a Starbucks Reserve charm from the cafe in the building. All of my #fountainpens have gold accents, so it compliments whichever #fountainpen I’m using. It’s so special!

Post inspired by a question from @faizalr about #fountainpen #ink #fountainpenink When I travel I use the Namiki black refills that I keep neatly in this little coin purse. I actually exclusively use black ink! And seeing as I’m using the Pilot e95s #fountainpens the Con-40 will only get me through six pages of my #travelersnotebook which is hardly a day for me! So I syringe fill an empty Namiki cartridge with Diamine Onyx Black when I’m at home
