@Fayedray @juliaserano What are you talking about? I read the text of it and KOSA does nothing to stop social media companies from collecting data or tracking minors. The most it does is require the ability to allow minors to prevent other users from viewing the minor’s info (which the company will still have), and require disclosures about why a minor is being “targeted” with a particular advertisement (because the company is of course still allowed to use that data for advertising).
