🏳️🌈🖖🏽The Supreme Court has denied Alabama’s Hail Mary pass after that state defied a three-panel judge order to draw a second majority Black opportunity district. AL tried to pick up a vote by getting Justice Kavanaugh to change his position after ruling for the plaintiffs. It was a no-go. Alabama will get new maps.
