I like flying kites, curling, cats, swimming and cross country skiing. I'm also looking to practice my French with anyone, I'm about a B1 in written French.

As I understand it in most cases the Minister may fire them but their position is created & empowered by legislation, while having the authourity & affirmative duty to issue whatever health directives they deem appropriate. But , arms length with some immunity seems the least required, based on recent experience/interference /failures

The people in the neighborhood wanted a bridge over the creek. The city had no funding for #PedestrianInfrastructure for something like that. But they did get an #art grant, so they hired an artist to create an art installation that would span the creek that people could walk on. I frequently walk my dogs along this creek and yes, over the bridge sometimes.
