Docusign just admitted that they use customer data (i.e., all those contracts, affidavits, and other confidential documents we send them) to train AI:

They state that customers "contractually consent" to such use, but good luck finding it in their Terms of Service. There also doesn't appear to be a way to withdraw consent, but I may have missed that.

When the KKK tried to steal the 1872 presidential election by killing and intimidating Black voters, federal troops swept in and arrested hundreds of Klansmen, and the new Department of Justice secured convictions in 140 cases.

That same law is now being used to prosecute #Trump, as the basis of the 4th count of special counsel Jack Smith's indictment

A brief history of the Ku Klux Klan Acts: 1870s laws to protect Black voters, ignored for decades, now being used against Trump

One of the charges against Donald Trump dates back to the 1870s and was designed to give the federal government the power to ensure states held free and fair elections.

I have been asked to stop using the word MANSPLAINING.

It probably is time to be more politically correct.

In the future I will be using the clinical diagnosis CORRECTILE DYSFUNCTION.

You’re welcome.

My husband and I started e-biking just last July and even though I’m not at my ideal weight and suffer from osteoarthritis we now cycle everyday and even do much of our groceries on two wheels 🚲
I’m sharing this picture to encourage all of you who may once have cycled that whatever your age (I’m 70), weight and physical condition (with few exceptions) you can get back on a bike and actually enjoy the breeze on your face 😃

I suppose I’m in the minority but I always lick my knife when I’m done.
None of the other surgeons seem to do it.

my gods, I took a look at Twitter and saw a tweet from a weather service account in an area that was hit with severe storms yesterday. The weather service account explained that Melon Husk's savvy business decision had caused the account to lose the ability to read tweets sent to it or replying to it about severe weather.

A melon husk reply guy suggested that the account should stop doing weather advisement tweets in Spanish.

Because you know, in his mind, Spanish speaking people don't count.

A General Mills exec admitted to “getting smart about how we look at pricing.”

Its net income increased 16% to $2.7 billion in FY 2022.

Meanwhile, the company spent over $2.12 billion on shareholder handouts.

When I say price gouging is driving inflation, this is what I mean.
