Logging my moods and emotions with Apple’s HealthKit can sometimes be a bit obvious. Yes, of course my moods have been fairly negative, I have major depressive disorder (amongst other things).

I went kayaking for the first time today. It was really fun! Considering I’m a person that gets motion sick just standing in a lake, it didn’t bother me at all really! It was a beautiful morning for it as well.
