My OnePlus 11 just got a system update. Let's see if there's anything exciting. Probably not. 7/23 security updates. Carrier connection stability? I'm on @visible, which is really @Verizon wearing a mask. No problems since I've had this phone.

Does anyone know anything about MaxDigitalData hard drives? They are typically advertised as "white label," but the physical drives look like they might be refurbished Seagate or Western Digital drives.

I saw on a certain smiling website that a 16TB drive going for $179.

A few things that concerns me is how old they really are and the power on time. Usually on these white label drives the firmware has been replaced with dummy data and usually makes the SMART info mostly unhelpful and useless.

You know this is nothing more than a clickbait article when they reccomend a Intel motherboard for a AMD CPU.

I ran across an old app that I used to mess with years ago on my phone.

It's called 8Bit Photo Lab
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ilixa.ebp

It hasn't been updated since December 12, 2018, but it works fine.

8-bit graphic retro conversions for photos with glitch, stickers and text.

Sounds like something I would do.
Just let that sink in for a moment...

Does anyone know of an open source GUI form builder using multiple toolkits for Linux/X where I can toss some Python code into each action? I'm looking to design some GUI frontends to command line tools that I regularly use.

I haven't used anything like this since Visual Basic 5 on Windows 2000 beta. I remember it working well. Last thing I made with VB5 was a frontend to a DOS Game Boy emulator called DBoy. You can still get it at https://www.zophar.net/frontends/gameboy/dboy-runner.html ... source code lost >15 years ago.

Hmm, @Tusky seems to have a bit of a display problem on my Samsung Galaxy S8+ (US SnapDragon variant). This is quite strange. App obtained from Google Play Store. https://mastodon.social/media/XbhaVz7H19COqEyI1cs
