@djlink Got introduced to it at my previous job and damn well worth it. It's extermely useful when needing to merge in a less standard workflow.
@legendwyn Hah, I don't see that happening though. The vocal part of gamers usually isn't very understanding from my experience.
@legendwyn I think games have become a lot more complicated and harder to develop overtime so bug fixing/perf optimizations can take a lot of bandwidth of a team. It's not uncommen for this to be overlooked and rushed at the end of the dev cycle. On PC there's a lot more variables than on console so not always possible to test 100% of the cases?
I seem to be accumulating old desktop PCs at home, I've upgraded my rig so many times I've now got ~2 full unused pcs sitting at home. Re-using one as a media server/local hosted git.
@djlink I had a period where I was learning rust (long time ago) but haven't touched it in a while. Maybe I should get back to it :)
@gdquest Is this a custom engine version or is this being done through gdscript or gdextensions?

@vnen Only having worked with small prototypes at home it would be nice to have some good examples of how to use this efficiently or in a clean way.
@djlink Twitter just seems to become worse and worse tbh. So I think a lot of people are slowly transitioning into finding other places to post/hang out.
